Why People Fail

What do you think is the number one reason why people fail to achieve something? It's because they never start.

That might seem like common sense to you, but really it's a lot less common than you might think. In many ways, it's as important as knowing how to build muscle. It all boils down to procrastination. This is why people never stop smoking, drinking, never start up their dream business, or never start their muscle building programs--simply because they say the famous phrase to themselves.

"I'll start tomorrow."

WHY!? Why start tomorrow? Why not start today, right now? There is no advantage to starting tomorrow. Taking the first step when you first think of it, whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or embark on a new career. Get the ball rolling and the next thing you know, you're half way to achieving the goal you set out for.

We have all been quite experienced with procrastination, whether it was studying for a test in high school or cleaning your room as a child. And thinking back, if we didn't procrastinate, we would have scored higher on that test, and cleaning our room wouldn't have been such a big job.

Now how does this tie into fitness and learning how to get ripped abs? The vast majority of people do plan on becoming fit and healthy; they just never do. They convince themselves that they are too busy with their work, family, taxes, and day-to-day life. This might very well be true, but I promise you that they can still find the time to work on their fitness, especially since Jon came up with a very effective program that only calls for 7 minutes in the gym daily.

Driving home from work, anyone has the ability to spare 7 minutes to drop into the gym and then drive home again. Anyone who says that they don't have 7 minutes to spare is lying to themselves.

So when you think about it, there is no gain in saying to youself, "I will start tomorrow." What's the point? Why waste a day? Why not start right now and hit your fitness goals which you have been wanting to achieve for a long time now.

If you haven't had a chance to check out Jon's program, 7 Minute Muscle yet, I have the link for you down below.
