What is the Best Routine to Gain Muscle Mass?



There are four main elements that you need to have in a routine to gain muscle mass. All four of these elements are equally important and should not be overlooked during your muscle building workouts. If you want to gain muscle mass, be sure to find a program that incorporates all four of these elements.

1) Focus

Every time you go to the gym, you need to have your goal in mind. If you want to get ripped fast, you need to focus on hitting that goal. Ideally, you want to do better than you did the previous exercise. You can't allow daily distractions to get in the way. 2) Hormonal Release

To build muscle, you need two main hormones: testosterone and HGH (human growth hormone).
